By accessing or using the Acuspire platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use immediately.
You may not (a) post discriminatory, illegal, or misleading content; (b) upload malicious code; (c) misuse candidate data outside the hiring workflow; or (d) attempt to circumvent security controls.
Candidates retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting, candidates grant Acuspire and the hiring organization a limited licence to use that content for the hiring workflow.
The Acuspire platform, including Polaris and Acuspire Connect, is the property of Acuspire, Inc. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform.
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually per the order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Either party may terminate with notice per the order form. Acuspire may suspend accounts for material breach.
The platform is provided "as is." Acuspire's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by customers using the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
