DATA SECURITY
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We store all information you provide to us behind firewalls on our secure servers. Any payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
Acuspire encrypts all personal information in transit and at rest using industry accepted standards, strong encryption techniques, and current security protocols. Acuspire regularly reviews and updates its encryption methods to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal information.
Your Personal Information is encrypted and stored on third-party cloud servers with data centers that are physically located within Canada. The Company has contracted with Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) to provide data storage services. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a login and password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Platform.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.
DATA RETENTION
Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Under some circumstances we may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you. We reserve the right to use such anonymous and de-identified data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice to you or your consent.
DATA DELETION
You will be required to provide sufficient information to affirm your identity before any deletion request is processed. Limitations may apply based on technological feasibility or legal requirements.
You have the option to delete your Personal Data ("Data") through the "My Settings" feature on our platform. To affirm your identity and initiate the deletion request, you will be required to enter your password.
Subject to applicable law, you may alternatively request the deletion of your Data held by Acuspire by sending an email to [email protected]. Requests will be serviced in a timely manner, consistent with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
For organizations operating an Acuspire license, they may delete all user data from within their copy of the licensed platform in the event of termination or expiration of the enterprise license. This includes any Personal Data and other information associated with their organization's users.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Our services are directed to Jobseekers and Employers in Canada. Our Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Platform. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal information changes. By law you have the right to request access to and to correct the personal information that we hold about you.

Acuspire will promptly notify customers in the case of a security breach involving personal information, as required by applicable laws and regulations. Acuspire will also take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the breach and prevent any recurrence. Acuspire will cooperate with customers and relevant authorities in the investigation and resolution of the breach.
